A.C.C. Stenter is a high quality, state-of-the-art stenter manufactured by A.C.C. Machine at world standards that is used in the finishing process of woven and knitted fabrics and is capable of providing dimensional stability and anti-shrinking.
  A.C.C. PADDER
 A.C.C. Padder is a high quality padding mangle that is manufactured by A.C.C. Machine at CE standards.
Fabric entry of the padding mangle is equipped with ERHARDT LEIMER brand electronically controlled spreading and centering system. The foulard squeezing effect is 75 %.
 

A.C.C. WEFT STRAIGHTENER
 A.C.C. Weft Straightener is the first weft straightening machine manufactured in Turkey by MTS Machine; a subsidiary corporation of A.C.C. Machine. The weft straightener is capable of correcting weft and warp errors that occur during dyeing, printing and washing process.

 

 
A.C.C. STENTER
 A.C.C. STENTER IS A HIGH QUALITY, STATE-OF-THE-ART STENTER MANUFACTURED BY A.C.C. MACHINE AT WORLD STANDARDS THAT IS USED IN THE FINISHING PROCESS OF WOVEN AND KNITTED FABRICS AND IS CAPABLE OF PROVIDING DIMENSIONAL STABILITY AND ANTI-SHRINKING.

 Using A.C.C. Stenter, the finishing process of woven and knitted fabrics can be accomplished at ideal measurement values.

A.C.C. Stenter is manufactured with three different heating options according to customer needs: Natural gas heated, hot oil heated or steam heated.

The thermodynamic and aerodynamic principles are carefully implemented in the design of A.C.C. stenters and through this, the finishing process of fine, sensitive and contemporary fabrics can be accomplished at desirable standards.

  • Contains automatic level controlled rustproof liquor trough at fabric entry.
  • Ebonite coated helix expander rollers are located before squeezing rollers.
  • Contains rubber coated squeezing rollers at 500 N/cm² pressing capacity.
  • Squeezing bellows are imported.
  • Squeezing roller reductors are imported.
  • Side mirrors and press handle have a thickness of 30 mm.
  • Tranzerval rollers are used for accomplishing synchronization with stenter machines.
  • Contains reductor and invertor controlled excitation system.
  • The centering control panel is located at the fabric entry zone.
  • Contains idle rollers for by-passing the padding mangle if needed.
